Your Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure – i.e. ensure the right set-up, set-it up/ manage it, drive the roadmap for future requirements to support the business roadmap, drive projects/ discussions around hosting and CDN/ performance discussions,
• Security –  drive the conversations/ dialogue with the ‘security team’ and drive the Digital Marketing roadmap for being secure,
• Domains – own the maintenance of domains i.e. maintenance of DNS records on various domains – they need to be changed/ updated if the infrastructure changes or cloud services are added i.e. office 365, mailchimp etc. (the rest of the Domain ownership we will anchor with our URL/SEO expert),
• Supporting implementation of web services,
• Performance/ alerting – ensure that performance/ monitoring is established on the different business critical DM systems and the point of contact if something breaks.

 
Experience:

• Domain management - To proactively manage the Domain Portfolio including: oversight of renewals, external & internal domain ownership,
• Good understanding of Web Services and Cloud services (AWS or Azure),
• Strong skills in administration/web server installation for Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and IIS web server software,
• Experience working with remote/ virtual teams (Ukraine an advantage),
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong communication, stakeholder, and people management skills,
• Languages: Excellent English skills area a prerequisite.

Nice to have:

• Sitecore CMS experience,
• Agile project management experience (incl. SCRUM), including risk and issues and status reporting.
